The Great Pumpkin Pie Contest is a pie baking competition!
Present your mee-mahs famous pumpkin pie recipe or an original concept to compete against other home bakers in Central Oregon for renown, clout, and fantastic prizes! Or come as a spectator and enjoy these brilliant pies to award one lucky baker with the Audience Favorite. Pies will be judged on texture, flavor, presentation, and creativity.

Enjoy coffee by Woodshop Roasters, making quality coffee for quality people.

$5 Contestant Registration Fee.  Choose "Local Pick Up" at check out. Contestants are also welcome to register and pay at the door. Official Rules below.

Spectators pay $5 at the door. Cash or card accepted.

Registration begins at 5pm. Pie slices offered to spectators following judging.

Official Rules:

• Pie ingredients have to include pumpkin.
• The pie you make has to be made by you or your team.
• No store-bought pies.
• One pie per competitor to offer to the judges to compete. We encourage you to bring multiple pies to serve to the audience, for a chance to win Audience Favorite!
• A general list of ingredients must accompany your pie. You don’t have to reveal your mee-mahs ten-generation-old secrets. Just in case of food sensitivities for spectators.
• Pies will be judged on Flavor, Texture, Presentation, and “the x-factor,” which some could call creativity.
