Create your own small planter with Journeyman Ceramics!

Using one of the earliest techniques of pinching and turning a ball of clay, Justin of Journeyman Ceramics will show us how to create a unique planter.  Carving, texturing and underglaze applications will be demonstrated. All supplies will be provided.  Wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty! After the class, the planters will be fired and will be available to pick up at Desert Rose about a week later.

A 2" succulent or cactus is also included, so when you pick up your planter, you can pick a plant to pot in it at the potting bar! 

Justin LeBart of Journeyman Ceramics is an artist/educator that believes that everyone has an Artist within.  Clay is an amazingly diverse media that allows all skill levels to access their inner creator!!
